Having problem with Payment/Subscription

Hello,
I have been using telize APIs on our application for few months, Recently, I am having problems with Payment, I tried to subscribe but it not working, just do nothing. I need the PRO plan and I have the card added to my account and have enough balance for it.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side as the payment process is handled by Mashape.
