That parameter just means that the recipes returned do have instructions. To get detailed information about the recipes (e.g. instructions and nutrition) you will need to call the recipe information endpoint https://rapidapi.com/spoonacular/api/recipe-food-nutrition?endpoint=55e1ba5ee4b0a29b2c360756 or its “bulk” version
