Endpoint for getting itemized nutrition per ingredient

Hi, I was reviewing the API for a potential purchase and I saw there are two endpoints that return product/ingredient nutrition data, but only as ready-to-render components like a widget.
Is there a version of those endpoints that breaks out calories, sodium, etc in separate fields for each product/ingredient?
Apologies if this is documented; I simply couldn’t find it.
