Hello, we have a need for about 500K domain availability searches per month. The current pricing is turning out to be quite expensive because we are paying significant overage charges. We are considering switching to an alternative solution unless you are able to offer us a better price for our requirements. Please let me know .

Hello,
From glancing at our logs, it looks like you’re sending a single domain per
statusrequest — you can batch up to 10 domains per request, which would reduce your volume significantly. Further details are here: http://domainr.build/docs/statusI’m also seeing an occasional query like
&domain=Harmonia.— which isn’t a valid domain. You should normalize domains before querying the status API — e.g. lowercase letters, valid TLDs, etc. (if you use thesearchAPI endpoint, it will return normalized domains)Re: custom pricing, we can try to come up with something that works for you, but our current overage fees are structured to not be onerous given high query volumes.
