Best way to get STR comps via Mashvisor?

I discovered two similar endpoints to retrieve comps via Mashvisor:
- …/rento-calculator/list-comps - can get me comps by providing an address (state, city, zip, address) but the number of comps is very low (3-5)
- …/neighborhood/269590/airbnb/details - can give me enough comps but requires Mashvisor neighborhood id
In my case I know only the target location (lat/lon) or address, how can I discover Mashvisor neighborhood id using the address?
