Think this issue relates to some changes we made to the pricing plans.
Here’s the announcement we sent out at the time:
*ACTION REQUIRED FOR BASIC PLAN USERS
We recently restructured our pricing plans. More services were made available to PRO plan users.
Nothing has changed in terms of features or services available to BASIC plan users. However, you will need to change to the new BASIC plan to continue using the APIs. Here are the steps required:
Subscribers need to cancel the old plan and re-subscribe. This seems to have worked.
