Neighborhood id that I get from get country response doesn’t work in a get neighborhood request. For instance: I get neighborhoods of country 34 (Istanbul) and then when I utilize neighborhood of ATAŞEHİR, which is 2049, in get neighborhood request it always gives MERKEZ as only result.

Or may be I am using wrong get request. Can somebody explain where should I use ids of country responses? I want to go deepest to the full address detail.
