Your terms state that I cannot cache data. I can cache it with prior written permission for only 1 hour.

Are you saying if I build an app that uses your APIs to calculate nutrition, every hour I have to regenerate the nutrition data and cannot store that?

Please explain. That seems super restrictive. I’m building a tool to allow websites to create recipes with nutrition data. If they cannot store the nutrition data, this is pointless.

“With prior written permission from spoonacular, you may cache user-requested data to improve performance (for a maximum of 1 hour). After 1 hour, you must delete your cache and refresh the data via the spoonacular API. If you stop using the spoonacular API or if your access to the API is suspended for any reason, then you must delete all data you ever obtained from the spoonacular API.”
