Five capitals that are not listed in /cities

These capitals seem not to be listed in the /cities endpoint if you search by countryID and namePrefix:
* **Madrid**, ES - *(is listed in /cities/Q2807)*
* **Kingston**, JM - *(is listed in /cities/Q34692)*
* **Kyiv**, UA - *(is listed in /cities/Q1899)*
* **Mexico City**, MX - *(is listed in /cities/Q1489)*
* **Victoria**, HK - Q963152

Could you look into these?

This is taking longer than expected as I'm redoing/simplifying some of the import logic. The import process is unfortunately time-consuming to test. Stay tuned.

With respect to Victoria (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q963152), it is listed as a historical city with an end date of 30 June 1997. GeoDB only pulls in Wikidata cities that are considered current. (According to this article, Central (Q14767) appears to have replaced it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victoria,_Hong_Kong)
