Active Under Contract status?

I don’t see the “Active Under Contract” status in the API results for searchByUrl ?
I noticed that the status is “FOR_SALE” even when a property is “Active Under Contract”
Is there somewhere else where this status is?

Just wanted to chime in here, not sure if you’ll find it helpful, but Zillow has both “Pending” and “Active Under Contract” — they both mean pending, but the Active Under Contract is how some MLS’s represent the bumpable status / accepting backup offers, etc…

For example, look at 5494 STANFORD Road, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207
it shows up as “Active under contract” and the homeStatus is “FOR_SALE”

On zillow I only see
Pending & under contractfilter. In the results you can see it as"homeStatus": "PENDING"
