Seeing a spike in latency

Question

Hello - I wanted to report that we're seeing a spike in latency, both from the client-side, and also in our rapid dashboard (server-side). This is causing some service-degredation on our side. Is this a known issue / being worked on?

Also in general, we've noticed a general increase in latencies starting around 1/13/2023 (and we can also confirm this in our Rapid API dashboard). Is this a known issue?

Thanks for reporting this issue.

After looking at the logs around the 2023/01/13 we saw that our load balancers was misconfigured during an update. If you were using `X-Proxy-Location` header it was not properly routing the traffic through the proxy causing extra latency. Our developers are updating the configurations right now.
