What happens if i do upgrading my subscription?

Hi!
I want to upgrade my subscription (i did it one week ago) from pro to ultra.
do i have to pay entire cost of ultra (29$) or i can pay only the difference (29-19 = 10$)?

HI, You can contact us to inquire about any refunds associated with upgrading or downgrading (as indicated in our general terms and conditions of sale). The old plan will be refund pro rata to its use. 
This request must be made by email at apifootball.contact@gmail.com, this is not automatic.
