Is there any way to get faster event (ex: inscrease money)?

Why do many fixtures don’t have data, even it’s a big league?

How do you evaluate the priority of matches or leagues to determine whether they have real-time data such as lineups, events, statistics? And how long is the delay of this realtime data compared to reality?
