I have a problem with the Telesign API service

Hi!

I’ve paid for the service, it looks ok within RapidAPI.com, but I can see the following problem/issue…

Don’t know how to get if fixed, please help!

Here is also a responce from Telesign support:

Hi,

The generated error: “This product is not enabled for this CustomerID.” refers to your Telesign account not having a specific product enabled.

I have manually checked both your email marlen.nemitullaev@gmail.com and the ReferenceID you shared, however we have no records on our end.

If you have subscribed to Telesgin via a third-party source, I would advise you to engage them directly in order to troubleshoot the issue further.
