Is the way to get regions list without using ‘countryid’ parameter?
For example, get list regions that is filtered only by ‘namePrefix’ parameter?
Something similar to “GET Cities” endpoint.

Short answer is no. The only endpoint that allows you to filter regions by name requires a country context. Do you mind sharing your specific use case where using the /v1/geo/countries/{countryId]/regions endpoint isn’t an option?
