Is it possible to have the list of provinces filtered by region? Examples for the Campania region: Salerno, Benevento. Thanks in advance

Hi. You can filter for a specific region by lising places (cities or admin divisions) through the regions endpoint. For Campania (Q1438 or 72):

> GET /v1/geo/countries/IT/regions/Q1438/cities

You can get the available regions for a country like this (example for Italy):

> GET /v1/geo/countries/IT/regions
