rate_limit error for all requests

All requests returns 404 or 429 although I am pretty sure that I controll the rate limit from client side very well.
I happened recently. It had worked well before that.

We apologize for the recent problems. We’ve continued to work on the API non-stop during this period and we’re finally getting it back on track. I assure you that we continue to take the necessary measures to prevent these problems from happening again.
it’s not your problem, it’s week the api have problem and nothing fixed yet
