following endpoint returns incomplete list of users.

So I am testing this api and I passed user_id=882699945207377921 and this user has I believe 200+ following on twitter. But this endpoint returns me only 50 users. Any idea how to get the complete dataset and what will happen if any user has hundreds of thousands or million following? Will this API facilitate such requests?

Also is there any API which only returns acknowledgement if the user is in the following list or not rather than getting the complete list by using following endpoint???
