Please check again, for example the Soccer topic has the URL /topics/CAAqJQgKIh9DQkFTRVFvSUwyMHZNREoyZURRU0JXVnVMVWRDS0FBUAE but the results are not returned.

I just tried to call the Topic Headlines with topic=CAAqJQgKIh9DQkFTRVFvSUwyMHZNREoyZURRU0JXVnVMVWRDS0FBUAE (I excluded the “/topic/”) and got results. Can you try now with that topic value and see if it works?
