Frustrating Experience with V2 - Location Posts

I’m extremely puzzled by the following response received from V2 - Location Posts:

Am I expected to pay extra just to get it to function properly? This issue arises while using V2 - Location Posts, employing precisely the same example provided in the code snippet but with my own Rapid API key.
