A lot of errors by 500 HTTP STATUS

Good day
Over the past couple of days, we began to often receive errors with status 500. In quantitative terms, a couple of thousand per day
EXAMPLE:
aiohttp.client_exceptions.ClientResponseError: 500, message=‘Internal Server Error’, url=URL('https://twitter135.p.rapidapi.com/Search/?q=(space+tourism)+until:1713281832+since:1713195372&count=500&type=Top&cursor=…)
