Rate limit on requests

Getting rate limit on most of the requests even though we are not crossing the limit. Please check this. Its impacting all our systems

We apologize for the recent problems. We’ve continued to work on the API non-stop during this period and we’re finally getting it back on track. I assure you that we continue to take the necessary measures to prevent these problems from happening again.
