No of followers from User Followers api are not getting as expected

We are trying to fetch 100 followers per api , but we are only getting 25 followers for instagram user noboozebabes and user id 26815491805 . please let us know why we are getting less followers. This is adding our cost unexpectedly

Yes, Instagram made a change. Sometimes more users may come. The reason for this is the change made by Instagram.
