Our Product Team has revamped the Admin Panel’s Dashboard to provide a more comprehensive and actionable overview of the APIs and users within your Hub. This enhanced Dashboard includes:

• Governance Section with Improved User and API Management: The Governance section now features a dedicated Users widget with a direct link to the Users tab for easy user management. Additionally, a new Subscribers widget provides an overview of team and user subscriptions to all Hub APIs, making tracking subscription trends more straightforward.
• API Providers Widget for Enhanced API Visibility: The new API Providers widget displays the total number of teams and users that have added at least one API to the Hub, offering valuable insights into API adoption and popularity.
• Admins Widget for Streamlined Environment Management: The Admins widget keeps track of the number of Environment Admins in your Hub, ensuring that environment management responsibilities are clearly defined and efficiently handled.
• Billing Section for Monetization Management: Our Product Team has introduced a new Billing section for users who monetize APIs through Stripe. This section provides key metrics such as gross volume, net volume, and successful payments, enabling you to track revenue generated from API usage.

Enhanced Insights into API Usage and Performance

The November 2023 release also introduces significant enhancements to the APIs section, providing deeper insights into API usage and performance:

• Clickable Widgets for API Exploration: The Total API Traffic, Total Errors, Highest Traffic APIs, Most Popular APIs, Highest Error APIs, and Most Active Consumers widgets are now clickable, allowing you to delve into the details of each metric.
• Improved Filtering Capabilities: Our Product Team has enhanced filtering options in the Analytics and Usage tab to enable you to focus on specific API consumers, API versions, HTTP methods, HTTP response codes, and geographic locations.
• Enhanced Analytics and Usage Tab: Our Product Team has revamped the tab to provide a more granular view of API usage. You can filter the API usage graph based on the above criteria and view a row of tiles summarizing key API usage metrics.
• Detailed Logs for Individual HTTP Requests: For in-depth analysis of individual API calls, detailed logs are now available at the bottom of the Analytics and Usage tab. These logs provide information such as time, API consumer, HTTP endpoint, API version, HTTP method, HTTP response code, location, and latency.

Improved User Experience for Approvals and Extensions

• Approvals Center with Open Approvals Indicator: The Approvals Center now clearly indicates the number of open approvals relevant to you, ensuring you get all critical approvals related to environment administration, organization administration, API ownership, or app management.

• Consistent Extensions User Experience: Our Product Team has updated the Admin Panel’s Extensions user experience to align with the uniform design patterns used in other tabs, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
