Given the low # of requests plans overall, I assume you are expecting users to query the API on the backend and create their own infrastructure - data storage, backend etc and then query that using their own frontend. i.e.

[DEV Server | DB] <–> [Live Score]
[App] --> [DEV Server | DB]
