"I apologize for the misunderstanding. Your plan is based on daily rate limits, which you’ve gone over on multiple days. Please note, each day that exceeds the rate limit you’ll be charged a daily overage.

If the plan was set up as 15,000,000 per month (30 days * 500k) then you’d be under the plan limits, but as it’s set up as 500k per day you’ve exceed the plan limits. I suggest contacting the Telize API provider and ask if he’d set up a Custom plan that permits 15m requests per month; in doing so, you’d avoid the overage fees."

Could you please double check if your custom plan permit 15m requests per month. Thanks.

Hi,

I’m not sure why you received this e-mail to be honest. There shouldn’t be any monthly limits, as your plan allow for 500k daily requests.

I would suggest contacting Mashape support in order to check with them : support@mashape.com

What is the monthly req limit for the 500k req/day plan?

I know you can upgrade plans in the middle of the month, but not sure how downgrade works, as I think Mashape bills the user at the beginning of the subscription cycle. Please contact Mashape support on this topic just to be sure, as they are the one handling all the billing side. They can be reached at : support@mashape.com

Once you have an answer from them, let me know which plans suits you and I’ll send an invite.

Hello, if I choose the 500k req / day plan, will I be able to change plan in the middle of the month? If I downgrade the plan to 250k req / day in the middle of the month, I’ll be charged 400/2 + 200/2 (something like this, if no extra req), am I correct?

If yes, please switch me to the 500k req / day.
