A test call to the following endpoint:

https://footapi7.p.rapidapi.com/api/matches/4/1/2023

Yields results with the following timestamps:

startTimestamp: 1672775100

GMT: Tuesday, January 3, 2023 7:45:00 PM
Your time zone: Tuesday, January 3, 2023 1:45:00 PM GMT-06:00

Please advise. Thanks,

Apologies for not seeing the previous thread.

FWIW:

AllSportsApi does not list this thread: https://rapidapi.com/fluis.lacasse/api/allsportsapi2/discussions

FootApi7 has the link: https://rapidapi.com/fluis.lacasse/api/footapi7/discussions

Not sure how that gets sorted out. Thanks for the response.

Hello,
In short answer, it’s to provide the matches independently of the user’s timezone. You can filter the matches according to your timezone. If you need help doing so, we can help you.
Long answer(copying from this discussion: https://rapidapi.com/fluis.lacasse/api/footapi7/discussions/33473)
“As you may have noticed, the matches returned by the schedules endpoint have the timestamp according to the time zone gmt/utc+00. So that all time zones are covered, we return matches from 12 hours of the previous day and 12 hours of the next day…”

Thanks.
