FAQ

  • Iโ€™m about to buy mywhin, what I want to do is upload bulk messages via Python. Can i do this?
  • Sure, you can use any programming language to do that. Python is one of them. If you need code snippets with examples, let us know.

  • How many numbers can I add to Mywhin?
  • Each account can be linked to a single number (one) at any given time. If youโ€™re planning to run 3 numbers in parallel, you will need 3 instances and 3 rapidapi accounts.

  • Can I provide API services to my customers?
  • Sure you can, itโ€™s your API access and your whatsapp number, you can share it with anyone you wish.

  • Can each of my customers use his/her own number through this API?
  • yes, the same account can be linked to several numbers. But only one at a time.

  • What is the daily message limit?
  • Thereโ€™s no daily, nor monthly, limits.

  • I got this error while sending a message, what is the meaning of it? {'message': 'You have exceeded the rate limit per second for your plan, PRO, by the API provider'}
  • You can send unlimited messages per day, but whatsapp will ban the number if you send more than 1 per second. This is why we set this rate limit.

  • If I have a number enrolled, and I want to switch to a different number, should I delete the number and add the new number?
  • yes, when you want to change the linked number, you need to use the unenroll endpoint first, then enroll a new number following the same procedure. Mywhin API is not linked to a single number, but to a rapidapi account, it doesnโ€™t even know which is the phone number that it is linked to.

  • I enrolled a mywhin instance correctly, used it with no issue, but now I got this instance status : Status:Pending Enrollment; I did nothing, how is this possible?.
  • After you enroll a mywhin instance, your phone doesnโ€™t need to stay online to use mywhin on linked devices, but your linked devices will be logged out if you donโ€™t use your phone for over 14 days. See details: https://faq.whatsapp.com/378279804439436
