Issues with sort by: date-asc

Hi there, when testing endpoint on route **properties/list**, route breaks if param **sort** is set to *date-asc*.

I am sorry that the site does not support that sort option anymore https://prnt.sc/LuFA4VZhWpjW . There is Newest only (it is date-desc)
