Would it be possible to please add an endpoint option for “Average area sold price” which should provide outputs for:
average sold price 1year, 3years, 5years, 7years.

You should check the endpoints under …/house-prices/… path. Ex : …/house-prices/get-market-activity?area=Greenwich Close, Crawley RH11&identifier=west-sussex/crawley/greenwich-close

From a standard user perspective, when searching a post code (for example ‘TW11 0LL’, the search results page displays ‘Average Sold price’ = £1,375,000
