The price would be 4990 * 0.15 * 30 = $22,450 per month. The other solution is a self hosted solution, which is outside the scope of what RapidAPI offers, please contact us via our website, and we can discuss a hosted solution, that would give you a dedicated capacity of 8,640 per day, at a once-off-cost.

There is a soft limit on the requests per day - it’s 10 / day + US$0.15 each other - Which means that you can go over the limit, but you will be billed extra.

 Let me know if this is acceptable, or if you need a custom plan. We could perhaps offer a discount if you were making 1000's of calls per day.
