It seems like the api is still down. Its a hit or a miss. Returns the results if you run it a few times in a row
It is working now. Thank you for your feedback.
The API is down and its been down for the second day now!!

Our vin decoder system has been severely damaged by an external malicious attack and is being repaired urgently, this may take 2-3 days.
The endpoint is been down all day!!
