Slow API response

To whom it may concern:

We’ve been using ImageVision API for over a year now and noticed that API response has slowed down lately. Sometimes we get a response within a couple of seconds and sometimes it takes 10-15 seconds, for the same photo.

Are there any issues that we should be aware or are there certain things we can do to speed things up?
