Birth Date - lack of birth time

Question

In the "Birth Data" endpoint, what do I do when I don't have the person's birth time? Can the "hour" and "minute" parameters be left blank?

Hi, the time (hour and minute) is a required field. If you don't have it you can set a dummy (like "hour": 0 "minute": 0), but keep in mind that the house system will be not reliable, also the moon position will probably be wrong since is a quick planet.
