Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the delay in response, the last few days were loaded with stuff, trying to keep it under a few hours and possibly lower when possible 😃
The search endpoint seems as the most problematic and it is the most important. Sometimes it gives an empty product list sometimes it gives this error. Please focus on this endpoint and solve the problems. Also the response time seems a bit high 😃 Thank you.

Thank you for your message and sorry for the inconcenienve. Are you still experiencing issus? If so, with which endpoint?
Errors are not counted as requests as far as quota goes.
