I just tried to call the Topic Headlines with topic=CAAqJQgKIh9DQkFTRVFvSUwyMHZNREoyZURRU0JXVnVMVWRDS0FBUAE (I excluded the "/topic/") and got results. Can you try now with that topic value and see if it works?
