My requirement is to use the API to extract text from thousands of images like this sample. In my organization, we don´t have programming personal.

Thank you for your interest. You can submit 300 per day and you should be done in one month. You can try faster rate as well but careful not to overload the server as there are others using this too. MultiCurl can all you to run many images in parallel if you want to go faster.
