Get Item response data differs to official 1688 API and website

Question

I am trying to get an item information with Get Item. It seems that at first the method response data differed with 1688.com website data and official 1688 API data in terms of prices and quantities, at least for this one particular item: https://detail.1688.com/offer/660705031411.html
The second and consequent requests responded with the up to date data.
Do you cache the data? Or is there other explanation?
Also, I enter 'zh' for the language and get response in cyrillic. Where can I see the list of supported language codes?

Hello.
Yes, we cache all data. When you make request , we try to get fresh data. If request take a lot of time or failed, we will try to get new data again, but in response will return cache data in this case.
