I have been using Stock Scraper for just over a month and have suddenly been disabled without explanation. I have tried to contact the developer but have not received a response yet.
“stock-scraper” is a hobby project hosted on a free Heroku dyno, which limits the combined uptime of service to 550 hours/month (23 days at max).
I have found out that your “Requests in the last 60 days” had passed >7000 and consecutive api requests would easily exceed this limit. To prevent downtime for other users, I had to block a few users/accounts who overused the api.
If your app heavily relies on the api then I will recommend you to host the api instance on your own cloud provider. The source code of the app is available at https://gitlab.com/SatvikG7/stock-scraper/ .
Sorry for inconvenience Andrew
