Retun null array

Question

for this locations 50.629041,-8.025606;50.630099,-8.993521 api returns 200 ok but json response contains null array (like [null, null], [null, null]) 
but if I change it to 40.629041,-74.025606;40.630099,-74.993521 it works.
Is it about restriction for coordinates for basic plan or it is a bug?

This situation is possible when no route could be found between the origin and destination. Please note that both points are in the ocean far from any roads.
