It depends. Did you sign up before or after December 1st, 2016? On that day, Sentiment Analysis API was no longer free unlimited. The good news is for those who signed up prior to that date, they would be grandfathered in and continue at the free unlimited rate. (Please note that free unlimited has limitations. Please see API Terms for details.
