You will need to obtain a eBay API ClientID and Secret from eBay to allow our MCF API to process your eBay orders via Amazon MCF. In addition, you will need to obtain your eBay refresh token. See link below for instructions on obtaining your eBay refresh token

You will need to obtain Walmart Client ID and Secret in order to allow our API to download and process your orders. In addition, you will need to grant the Walmart API Credentials full access for Order Management and Fulfilment permissions in order to allow our API to fulfill your Walmart Orders. In addition, you will need to have a Amazon Professional Selling Account and need to register as an Amazon Seller Private Developer then create a private application to obtain an Amazon LWA Client, Secret and Refresh Token needed for our API. When you register as Amazon Seller Private Developer ensure the following roles are checked: Amazon Fulfillment and Inventory / Order Tracking. If these roles are not enabled our API will not be able to fulfill your Walmart orders via Amazon MCF Fulfillment.

After you register you will self register a private app for authorization via this link

After the app is created it will create your LWA credentials specifically your Client ID and Secret
then you will click the authdrop down under Action column and click the authorize button and a Refresh Token will be created. Copy the Refresh Token.

If you click View under LWA column you can obtain your Client ID and Secret.

For ease of reference and security you should store your Login with Amazon (LWA) Client ID, Secret and Refresh Token credentials securely in an encrypted location LWA Client ID, Secret and Refresh Token are needed for our API calls.

We recommend testing with small number of orders to ensure your orders are acknowledged and shipped before full rollout.

We currently only support Amazon MCF Standard Shipping (5 days Ground). As a result, you will need to ensure only standard shipping is enabled in your shipping templates for your sales channels.

In addition, Amazon MCF orders blank boxes option is enabled meaning shipments are sent without Amazon branding and in blank boxes to comply with Walmart packaging policies and Amazon Carrier Logistics is disabled meaning Amazon Carriers do not deliver the shipments. Instead, shipments are delivered via known carriers such as USPS, Fedex and UPS as required per Walmart.
