Restrictions Against Misusing the Services.

(1) No Scraping.
Customer will not export, extract, or otherwise scrape this API content for use outside the Services.

For example, Customer will not:
(i) Pre-fetch, index, store, reshare, or rehost API Content outside the services;
(ii) bulk download API content;
(iii) copy and save API content;

(2) No Caching.
Customer will not cache API content for more than 30 days.
Customer can temporarily cache values from the API for up to 30 consecutive calendar days, after which Customer must delete the cached values.

(3) No Re-Creating the Product.
Customer will not use the API to create a product or service with features that are substantially similar to this product. Customer’s product or service must contain substantial, independent value and features beyond the API.
