i am subscriber of pro plan , i have recieved notice from rapidapi as Quota Limit Reached

when i see my analytics the api requests are below 30k on every day since i subscribed, what does this mean?

Hello, this seems to be a matter outside of my control, could please ask the RapidAPI support what this means?
