Why do some bid/ask prices show zero ?

Some bid/ask prices are showing zeros, some call/put IV also show zeros.

The prices are real time during an exchangeโ€™s market hours.

Hi, question, are these prices real time data or only closing data from the day before? If real time, how often do they update?

This is usually because there are no trades for those strikes.
