We are using a special hidden endpoint to retrieve bulk likers data. From the Instagram side, we receive ID (in FBID format), username, and profile picture URL.
You can use ‘v1 - Get like details of any media by media id’ endpoint to obtain full name, username, profile picture, profile pic ID, and other details.

All we get in output for people who liked post is profile pic and username, output of full_name, username, profile_pic user_id would be a way better
