All available APIs in the market only provides likes, comments count as insights of public posts, reels.
But along with this, we provide save_count, share_count, ad_media details.
We fetch above details from Instagram API, so the data is 100% accurate. You can verify this data by sending request with media_id you own.

1. Go to Endpoints section and find Posts, Reels hidden insights group.
2. In this group you can find two requests.
3. You can fetch this hidden insights using media_id or shortcode of a post or reel.

Note: Share count is not available in following cases

1. For old posts
2. If Instagram account is switched back to a personal account from a business/creators account then insights(in this case share_count) on Instagram will be erased. (https://help.instagram.com/1717693135113805)

The ad_media details are available only if Instagram Ad is created using the post/reel.
Ex. Posts can be boosted on Instagram, this means new Ad is created. So you get these Ads details along with like, comment, save count of that Ad media.

Extra: We can also provide data of likes such as if a like is organic or from a paid advertisement.
You will get list of users whose likes comes from only paid advertisement. You can use this data to target particular audience. If you need these details please contact us.
