Production env - 503 Service Unavailable on "/v1/whois?q=" service

Hi Support Team!
We are having a lot of erros with status code 503 when using whois (v1) service, are you experiencing an issue?
Here some examples that throw the error:
https://nametoolkit-name-toolkit.p.mashape.com/v1/whois?q=lacosesapatilhas.com
https://nametoolkit-name-toolkit.p.mashape.com/v1/whois?q=diamondemporium.com
https://nametoolkit-name-toolkit.p.mashape.com/v1/whois?q=diva.com
