can the numbers expire? also which countries does the api have

Hello there!

No, the numbers do not expire, you keep them after you have paid.
If you mean countries in terms of country codes of the phone numbers, we have a wide range of options, like +1 (USA/Canada), +44 (UK), +45 (Denmark), +31 (Netherlands), +34 (Spain), and many more, with more being added every so often (you can check out the /numbers endpoint to see them).
