Everything in Hearthstone is considered a card. Even heroes, buffs etc. The above doesn’t have an image because it’s of the type “Enchantment”, which is a buff. Another example would be “Blessing of Kings”. If you search “Blessing of Kings” here: http://hearthstoneapi.com/cards you’ll see that there’s 2 cards. The buff (Enchantment) and the actual spell. Only the spell has an image.
